Accreditation survey fees are set by the Minister of Health, not by the accreditation body. The table below is copied directly from the annex to that decree.
Legal basis
KMK HK.01.07/MENKES/1559/2024 on Biaya Survei Akreditasi Puskesmas, Klinik, Laboratorium Kesehatan, dan Unit Transfusi Darah. Replaces KMK HK.01.07/MENKES/110/2023, which has been revoked.

The Minister of Health decree on survey fees covers only puskesmas, clinics, health laboratories and blood transfusion units. For the following facility types the fee is not set in that decree and is communicated separately by the secretariat.

- Main Clinic
- Medical Laboratory
- Blood Management Unit
